Dragon Core Solutions provides freight dispatch and logistics support services for independent carriers and trucking companies.
We are not a freight broker or carrier and do not take possession of freight.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Maintain valid MC/DOT authority
• Carry required insurance
• Ensure compliance with all U.S. transportation laws and regulations

Payment Terms

• Fees are agreed upon before service begins (percentage or fixed)
• Payments must be made on time as per agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Specific load availability
• Revenue or profit levels
• Continuous work

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses due to delays, cancellations, or broker issues
• Damages arising from third-party services

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance.
